sound is a vibration of particles of a medium.... as we known that particles of air has kinetic energy as we low or high the energy ,the movement of particles is also low or high....now when sound travel through low kinetic engry particles then we hear the sound in delay but when the temperature is high the kinetic energy is also become high ,hence its velocity become so we hear the sound early....
hope it will help.

Hello...
Answer:
Temperature also affects the speed of sound.
Explanation:
For example heat, like sound, is a form of kinetic energy. Molecules at higher temperatures have more energy, thus they can vibrate faster. Since the molecules vibrate faster, sound waves can travel more quickly.
