how does the a balloon gets discharged through the wall and where the the charged go away from the balloon ,does the wall gets that charge or not​

Answer:

The excess electrons ( negative charges ) in the balloon will be slowly discharged through the wall ( since it is not a perfect insulator ) and as the balloon becomes neutral, it will fall.
