Amoeba sense's food (other unicellular)  it produces finger like projections called spudopodia\ um which entirely encloses the food and the body produces space called food vacuole and then the food get's digested there.

  1. Amoeba consumes it's food by the process of endocytosis. it is flexible cell membrane .
  2. it engulfs the food particles with the help of pseudopodia and then forms a couple around it.
  3. when the particle is completely trapped the amoeba secrets digestive enzymes to digest food thus the amoeba obtains it's food.
