angle of minimum deviation = D = (μ -1) A for small angle prism..
μ = sin i / sin r = speed of light in vacuum / speed in medium
= c / [frequency of light * wavelength in medium]
Refractive index and the angle of minimum deviation are higher for smaller wavelength.
So violet has more μ and D than Red color.
