The diet of a person performing a heavy muscular activities is entirely different from a man doing normal task.

Explanation:

The person who has to perform hard physical job needs more energy and body strength to do his work which is possible only with a balanced diet that contains all the nutrients essential for his task. for instance :- It must contain carbohydrates(energy giving food), proteins( body building food) etc.

On the other hand , an individual doing normal work does not need such diet as his job does not demand for the availability of large amount of energy or body strength.

hence , the diet of an individual varies with the work a person does.
