Balanced diet is a necessary asset of any aged person for gaining the proper amount of vitamins, energy and other vital nutrients for their body.

A balanced diet is completely dependent on the age and the physical structure.

That's why the balanced diet of a child and a grown up man is completely different due to the age difference and the body structure difference.A child needs very small amount of nutrients in comparison with a grown up man.
