It could be proved by his noble and pious behaviour. He was a kind man who always help the needy. His kindness proved that the human body is the temple of living God.

The bishop believes that the human body is a temple of God. He feels that if you help a person in need then it is as good as serving God himself. To prove his point he helps the poor people of his parish. When the convict comes to his house, he treats him with kindness and love. He gives him food and trusts him enough to let the door be unlocked at night. Even when he steals the candlesticks, the bishop tells the police that he himself had gifted them to the convict. The bishop thinks that his kindness can make the convict change his ways and this would be his service to God. Yes, he succeeds in his efforts because finally the convict thinks about changing himself and leading a respectable life.
