How does the boiling point change at high altitude as compared to sea level? Explain the significance of using a pressure cooker in hilly areas.

significance of using pressure cooker in hilly areas: - since the boiling point of substances is low, so the food gets cooked up within less time ,which requires very less heat energy..
This way energy is conserved and time is also saved
