Bread mould is a type of fungus which accumulates or starts to grow on any stale food or any other organic debris and sucks the nutrients from its 'habitat' and causes damage to wherever it lives. It does not provide nutrients to us in anyway. And, if by chance the food item with mould is consumed, it could be fatal as it could lead to food poisoning.
