the brook was a personified element,which it self narrating the poem,so ut may be happy coz everytime the brook discovers new things when he made a turn

The Brook written by Lord Alfred Tennyson as the brook moves through the curves it loses all energy and fell tired because it has to move through the curves over and over again.
It becomes angry while it encounters the curves on its banks.
