How does the change in ph affect our digestive system?

bcoz of some enzymes and juices....

It is very interesting to note that our stomach produces hydrochloric acid .It helps in digestion of food without harming the stomach .During the indigestion in the stomach produces too much acid and this cause pain and irritation.
