Concept of safe motherhood is very important for woman and of course pregnant women. She needs to know how to safely work and move around without risking the baby. In the past many women used to lose their baby unknowingly because they didn't know about safe motherhood. They used to do difficult works in field even in their 8th and 9th month, so there was high change of miscarriage. The mother needs to know what diet to take so that it feeds the baby inside her and many other measures should be taken during this period for delivering the baby safely and for a born of healthy baby without any infirmities or diseases.
