how does the conductivity of semiconductor change with temperature and why?​

Hello!

When you increase the temperature of the semiconductor the electrons will get more energy, so that they get themselves out of the bond, and hence they become free. AS you increase the temperature more, more number of the electronics will become free, and hence the conductivity increases.
