Our constitution is the largest set of hand written rules. our constitution gives us all our fundamental rights and duties. our constitution ensures the proper working of the contry as well as society. free and fair elections are also a major part of it. our constitution has full power over the election commission hence all the elections are held only on the basis or by the yes of the constitution. The political parties can even be cut down or eliminated from elections by it. Hence it also acts as the political structure of a country like our INDIA.
