How does the Dalai Lama and Thich Nhat Hanh differ?

Well, there’s a lot. I’d say the most basic differences are the schools of buddhism they follow and what is their position in their respective religions; while the Dalai Lama (which btw is a title, not a person) is the leader on Tibetan Buddhism, Thich Nhat Hanh (person) is a Vietnamese Zen Buddhist monk master (title) who’s also a non-violent activist —bit of a tongue twister there, but he *is* all that I can’t help it :P
