How does the direction of a ray light change as it passes from air into water?

It changes due to difference in the density of two mediums. Due to which the refractive index is different which causes bending of ray of light as it goes from air to water.

Direction of Ray dosent change but the ray bends a little because it is the property of ray that when the medium will be change it will brnd
