The only factor that determines the boiling point of water at any altitude is the barometric pressure (the altitude itself doesn't actually matter, it's just that at higher elevation, the barometric pressure usually drops). As the height increase air pressure decreases .
the bp of water is 100 at 1 atm i.e at sea level
Above that also the bp remains constant but it takes more time to reach that point
