how does the excretion occur in human being

in human beings the blood contains all the digested food and all the residuary items at when it passes from the nephron in kidney the nutrients get reabsorbed and harmful Chemicals like urea and also the excess of water goes in the collecting duct and from there it goes to the urethra and in the form of urine it comes out and for that of the stool the digested food from in the stomach only when it goes to the small intestine the nutrients get absorbed at the waste items transferred to the large intestine from there it goes to the anus and comes out in a form of stool
