How does the focal length of the eye lens of a normal human eye change while seeing:
i) a nearby object, and
ii) a distant object?

Focal length of eye lens will be more when it focuses on a nearby object as lens become thicker.

Focal length of eye lens will be less when it focuses on a distant object as lens become thinner.
