Vaporisation depend on the surface area because the liquid takes heat from the surface. Its depend on humity because when the weather is humid the air contains more water vapours so vaporisation slowly occurs. It depend on temperature because it take the heat and the surface temperature should not be the frizing point other wise it does not vaporise.
