When distance is reduced to half, force gets four times

Explanation:

This is because of the formula:

F=Gmm÷d^2

Here the distance(d) is in the denominator that means if distance reduces, then force increases and vice versa. But here the distance is squared therefore after some simple calculations you will get force to be four times
