When women work outside their homes , they face a lot of discrimination. They receive lesser wages (than men) for the same work which they have done. They face workplace harrasment often. Some orthodox people believe that women should not be allowed to work out and earn money. They not only have workload from their respective offices, but they also have a lot of household work too. To stay safe , the women don't prefer public transport much and Don work till late hours.
