Gender bias effect the working of women out side the home are:-)

1.Women paid less even the men do same work but paid more then women.

2.Some orthodex still believe that the job of women is to take care of home and household works.

3.The environment is also not secure for women to work alone.

4.Many parent prefer to educate more. boy than a girl.

5.Even many parents did not take a girl as a child and make them aborted after she is born.
