how does the gravitational force of attraction between two masses depend on the distance between them ? how are g and G related?
Answers
Answer:
Here are 2 questions given by u .I can answer 1st one.
Explanation:
See
If 2 objects , lets take 2 magnets.......
If 2 magnets are taken in 2 cases
case 1
Both are placed at a distance of 3 cm.
case 2
Both are placed at the distance of 20 cm.
So in both the cases,
In case 1
Magnets are closer and thus the magnetic force between them is larger than case 2 because in case 2 , both magnet are placed further.
So ,
we can say that magnetic force b/w case 1 is larger than case 2.
In same way force of gravity or gravitational force acts.
If both the 2 objects are closer or distance between them is less , than force of gravity would be more.
And if they are placed farther , or distance between them is more ,then force of gravity would be less.
