Explanation;
heart rate changes during excercise as when a human body is at rest it is at normal rate and heartbeat is normal that is 70-80 beats/sec.
But when we jog, exercise or run then our body's condition is changed from normal to continuous work that may not be regular therefore our heartbeat changes and can increase upto 120-150 as an average.
