Answer ⇒ Heat reaches from one part to other part by Radiation, Conduction or convection (Depending upon the state of the matter.)
Explanation ⇒
Heat is the form of the energy that causes the sensation of the hotness or the coldness. Heat always flows from one body to the another body.
Temperature is the quantity which used to determines the direction of the flow of the heat.
Heat flows from the body at higher temperature to the body at the lower temperature.
Now, The flow of the heat from one part (from higher temperature) to the other part (to lower temperature) is by three different processes.
1. Radiations.
2. Conduction.
3. Convection.
Radiations is the heat transfer in the gases. Conduction is the heat transfers in the Solids. Convection is the heat transfers in the Liquids (or Fluids).
Hope it helps.
