━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━Ideally, it is the Supreme Court of India who is the custodian of the Constitution of India. Even the President is the nominal custodian of the Constitution.

Heya.......

Here is your answer.......

Supreme court is apex in judicial system of our country . India is a democracy and federal system which means their is divison of power between central government and state government. Whenever such tussle appears , supreme court's decision prevails .Even if any government is formulating any law which may posses threat to citizens right or freedom , then also supreme court acts as a apex body . For its independent working our constitution had made it free from both legislatures & executives . Also if any thing unconstitutional happens , supreme court has full authority to stop such act immediately. Therefore for the protection of our constitution and the proper functioning of our government, supreme court is definetly a guardian of our constitution.

Thanks...!!!
