The high court protect the rights of individuals. : * The constitution article 32 clearly empowers the Supreme Court to be moved to enforce the fundamental right. * Article 32 clause 3 allows the parliament to empower any other court by law to exercise the same power as Supreme Court IN their limited jurisdiction.

Now a days the hon SC is being derailed from the track. originallyit iwas constituted to trial the appellable cases relating to Constitutional articles of FR and other appealable cases where the question of law and facts attracted. But now instead of consentration the most important PIL , it always entertaining the civil cases over proerty rights between the two individuals of father and daughter and given stay order against the action of state police action. Daily decided the cases realting to Indian cinimas ( flims) dispute cases even after the Indian Sensor Board had cleared their certification. But the most important cases relating the Sabirmala issue, the cauvery tribunal - Magahadathu dam case, 2 g specturm case, coal gate issue, CBI directors cases and so many unimportant cases which are not use ful for the general poor public. Hence I am very sorry to say that the hon SC had failed to protect our FR fo which it was orginally constituted through the SC Act.
