Due to increased level of nutrients in the sea water , the water plants start taking nutrients and grow as fast and make a level of plants , causing Eutrophication in which the amount of oxygen present in water are taken up by the plants and the marine animals didn't access to oxygen and start dieying.

it effect badly .
