The Indian Constitution protects the right of:
• Weaker sections by reserving the seats in the college and government institutes and sectors to give a chance of employment and education.
• Children below the age of 14 are not allowed to work in factories. If not don’t so, the employer can be arrested due to illegal hiring.
• Women rights are safeguarded with the employment policies such as maternity leaves.
