Every rights related with faith or religion is came under ART 25 to 28 of the Indian Constitution.

Every religion denominations or organisation is free to manage its own affairs in 'matters of religious'. The state cannot interfare in the exercise of this unless they run counter to public order, health or morality.Accordingly  every religious organisation enjoys according to tenets of the religion they hold. The court, has the right to determine whether a particular rite or cermony is regarded as essential by the tenets of particular religion.
The right is, it is to be noted, confined to "matters of religion". The term 'matters of religion' includes religious practices, rites and cermonies considered essential for practice of religion. The right is, however, subject to regulatory power of the state under clause (2) (b) of Art. 25. This mean secular activities connected with religious institution can be regulated by state by law.
