Inter community dominion is the discrimination within a community on the basis of the social and political standing. 

Intera community dominion is the discrimination between two or more community on the basis of social and economic standing. 

The Indian state fights the inter and intera dominion in the following ways:

(i) Indian state has banned untouchability. 

(ii) Indian state  has ensured the security of the communities by the forming Acts against discrimination on the basis of ethnicity and religion. 

(iii) Indian government enforces the subject of peace and tolerance in the educational system. 

(iv) Indian government leads social workshops etc. for promotion of peace and tolerance.
