Hey There
momentum M=mv where m=mass
and v=velocity
if moentum of mass is doulbed M=2(mv)=m(2v)
since mass is constant, velocity will be doubled
now, kinetic energy K=1/2*mass *velocity^2
= 1/2*m*(2v)^2
=2 m v^2
so percentage change in kinetic energy=(2mv^2-(1/2)mv^2 )/(1/2)mv^2*100%
=(3/2)mv^2/(1/2)mv^2*100%
= 300%
so answer is 300%
