How does the lack of water affect the plants in an area? Some plants will adapt, while others might not survive. Some plants will compete for sunlight, while others will adapt. They will grow faster and stronger. They will move to a new location.

Answer:

Well lack of water is going to affect plants in a negative way such as Plants need water to grow without it they die cause there is no hydration and plus even if they do survive i don't think they are going to be healthy.

Or in other words:

If there is not enough water for a plant, the nutrients it needs cannot travel through the plant meaning that there will not be food around the plant and that parts of the plant such as the stem, flower and especially root will be unhealthy and weak to work and a plant cannot grow if it doesn't have healthy roots (because the roots basically take up the food and nutrients), so in conclusion the proper balance of water is key when growing plants.

I hope this helps pls mark me as brainliest or thank me for my answer.
