Because of high length of latitude and longitudinal extent this is the main effect the duration of day and night and in eastern region because of latitude the one day after is count that day. and in the west one day less count

Additionally, when we go from the equator to any direction, the difference within the duration of the day and evening at separate times of the year will be higher.
