Loisel Couple were belonging to a middle class background. They have not enough wealth to fulfill their luxuries but they are living their life in a good situation where they can easily get their food and day to day life materials. But when they lose the necklace their life changes they have taken loans from many banks to repay for necklace. And to reapay that loan they have to sell their house, they started to do 3 jobs a day. Now Mrs Loisel is converted into a strong lady. After living a very hard ten years they finally fulfill the loan.

Loisel's life conditions changed drastically after the necklace incident. Since they had borrowed lots of money, they had to live quite frugally. They shifted to a garret and dismissed their servant. She had to do the household chores herself now.
