Magnetic field due to a straight conductor is given by, (i) As magnetic field is directly proportional to the current in the wire( B ∝ I), the strength of magnetic field increases on increasing the current through the conductor.

In an electromagnet, the magnetic field is directly proprotional to the current in the solenoid.
The current can be increased by increasing the current or by increasing rhe no. of turns in its solenoid.
So,with the increase in the no. of turns in the solenoid, the current increases.
