How does the magnifying power get affected on increasing the focal length of eyepiece and aperture of the objective lens and why?

Magnifying power is that which decides how big the image is, compared to the original. This is notaffected by the aperture of the lens. It is (almost always) affected by thefocal length of the lens: the longer thefocal length, the more the lensmagnifies the image.
