Nervous tissue has the ability to generate an electrical impulse in response to stimuli and to rapidly transmit the electrical impulse from the site of the origin along their length in a particular direction.
Neurons are connected to each other and the other parts of the body through synapse and a synapse in the muscle fibre is known as neuromuscular joint
