The Indian Parliament exercisesu an effective control over the Council of ministers through various ways. Some of the ways are----

1). Question Hour----

The first hour of every day of the Parliament is called as Question hour. In this time, the members of the Parliament ask the questions from the other ministers. All the council of ministers are responsible to answer these. This syatem of asking question keep the Ministers under control.

2). No confidence motion---

Ministers can have a control in the Parliament till they enjoy the majority. If the majority of the paety fails in the parliament then the Council of minissyers have to resign collectively.

3). Censure motion---

All the councils of ministers are reponsible to the Parliament for the department under there control. If due to some r esa son such as breach of the oath of secrecy, or failure of there department, then the individual ministers have to resign.
This is also the measure to have control over council of ministers.
