Parliament has two houses Lok sabha and Rajya sabha .The members of the Lok sabha are elected by the people and some of these elected representatives become the prime minister and the council of ministers. If the majority of the members of Lok sabha say that they are not satisfied with the prime minister or the council of ministers the prime minister along with the council of ministers should resign their jobs
