Answer: by the process of constitutional amendment which can only be executed in the Parliament

Explanation:

Our Indian Constitution provides us the provision of constitutional amendments in which any law or provision can be amended according to the need.

Although it's not too easy to amend any provision. It requires a series of procedures which when successfully executed an amendment can be brought into action.

Thus We have a right either to make any new law or to amend any existing law in our Constitution which is gauranteed by our parliament.
