Here the wind when comes , brings difficulties , destroy things etc. It doesn't come on our order or does not ask us before arriving. Poet connect the wind with the difficulties in human life. Wind is not just blowing air , it's a strong , it cause damage. In the same way the difficulties cause damage. Poet says that the wind I.e. can't be stopped, but we can defend ourselves by being alert .
