How does the pressure at the top of xylem vessels in a plant is reduced due to transpiration.....?????

the pressure at the top or at any part of xylem vessels is mainly due to the water concentration in it....the transpiration is the process by which water concentration in the epidermis of leaves gets reduced due to evaporation which results in absorption of more water from xylem due to which the water concentration in xylem decreases resulting in the decrease of pressure in it
