Fertilisation in plants is done through a process called pollination. Pollination happens when pollen grains from the anther land on a stigma, Fertilisation occurs when one of the sperm cells fuses with the egg inside of an ovule. After fertilisation occurs, each ovule develops into a seed.

Fertilisation in flowers take place by the transfer of pollen grains and this process is called pollination. Pollination is done when the anther which contain male gamete from the stamen lands on the stigma and then reaches the ovary where it fuses with egg cell . After fertilisation the ovules change into seed and the ovary into fruit.
