#Rate of diffusion is slowest in the solids.
Solid's molecules are very very closer to each other, so whatever is to be diffused in it cannot be easy because the substance cannot get fitted into small molecular spaces that the solids have.

#Rate of diffusion is normal in the liquids.
Liquid's molecules are not very enough closer and not very far from each other. So whatever is to be diffused in it neither difficult nor so easy because the substance can get fitted into normal sized molecular spaces that the liquids have.

#Rate of diffusion is fastest in gases.
Because gas molecules are far away from each other. So whatever is to be diffused in it, it diffuses(gets) into the large molecular spaces(space between a group of molecules). So it can be easy to diffuse whatever in gases
