When wind speed and humidity stay constant, and temperature increases, then the rate of evaporation will increase because warmer air can hold more water vapor than colder air.

The rate of evaporation increases with the wind speed. With the increase in wind speed, the particles of water vapour move away with the wind, decreasing the amount of water vapour in the surrounding. And also the wet clothes that you have put outside in atmosphere to dry will dry more easily and quickly.
