as we know that the elecrons of a conductor are randomly vibrating.as the temperature is increased the vibration of the electrons increases,due to which the relaxation time decreases.
when the temperature is decreased then the vibration of the electrons decreases which results in increase in the time gap between two successive collision.ie relaxation time.
