Hey friend...
The primary organs of the respiratory system are the lungs. The function of the human respiratory system is to transport air into the lungs and to facilitate the diffusion of Oxygen into the blood stream. When you breathe in the lungs get expanded. When you breathe out the lungs get contracted. The process of taking air into the lungs is inspiration, or inhalation, and the process of breathing it out is expiration, or exhalation. The parts involved are nose, buccal cavity, larynx, parhynx, trachea, bronchioles, alveoli. The carbon dioxide in the blood is exchanged for oxygen in the alveoli. These tiny air sacs in the lungs are only one cell thick and they are surrounded by capillaries that are also only one cell thick.
HOPES THIS'LL HELP YOU.

⏬⏬Hey there⏬⏬

Steps of Respiration

⏩a). Breaking down of glucose into pyruvates: This step happens in the cytoplasm. Glucose molecule is broken down into pyruvic acid and is composed of 6 carbon atoms, while pyruvic acid is composed of only 3 carbon atoms.

⏩b). Fat of pyruvic acid: Further breaking down of pyruvic acid takes place in mitochondria and the molecules formed depends on the type of Respiration in a particular organism.
