in republic democracy the head of the state or nation is not a hereditary monarch. he/she she elected by people/citizens of that country. also citizens have power to snatch all the powers from the ruling government and abolish it.

The people are the one who are needed to satisfied by government and if they elect their own government then there will be no clash among people and government and in other nations the people will be suffreing a lot if democracy was not implemented or developed
